ACCIUGHE ALLA POVERA 2

Dosi 

  • 800 gr. di acciughe,

  • un litro di aceto bianco,

  • 2/3 cipolle dolci di Tropea,

  • olio d’oliva extravergine, sale.

ACCIUGHE ALLA POVERA 2 

Procedimento:

Aprite le acciughe togliete la lisca, lavatele ed asciugatele con cura, disponetele aperte su un vassoio, tagliate a fettine sottilissime le cipolle e distribuitele sulle acciughe, salate leggermente e irrorate con l’aceto, lasciate in fusione per almeno 4/5 ore (sono pronte quando avranno assunto un colore quasi bianco), scolate bene dall’aceto e condite con l’olio.

Se coperte d’olio e al fresco si mantengono per qualche giorno
