SPAGHETTI AI FAVOLLI

 Ingredienti per 4 persone:

  • 500 gr. di favolli
  • 350 gr. di spaghetti
  • 500 gr. di pomodori pelati
  • 1 cucchiaio di contentrato di pomodoro
  • 1/2 bicchiere di olio di oliva
  • 1/2 bicchiere di vino rosso
  • 2 spicchi d’aglio
  • Peperoncino a piacere
  • 4 foglie di salvia
  • Sale e pepe

Procedimento:

In un tegame largo mettete l’olio e fatelo scaldare. Aggiungete la salvia e lasciate imbiondire imbiondire assieme ad un trito d’aglio e peperoncino.

Togliete la salvia, unite i favolli ridotti in pezzi grossolani; fate rosolare per pochi secondi a fuoco vivo.

Aggiungete il vino, lasciate sfumare, quindi unite i pomodori schiacciati con una forchetta e il concentrato diluito in poca acqua calda.

Salate, coprite e fate cuocere a fuoco lento per circa 20 minuti.

Nel frattempo cuocete al dente gli spaghetti e fateli saltare nel sugo di favollo.

Servite caldissimo.
